Dienes offers a new German industrial design knife holder with clamping. The company says the advantage of this innovation is that knife holders in longitudinal slitting machines equipped with this clamping system can be interchanged quickly and easily, thus optimizing their range of application. The clamping device fits on any type of bar and can be fixed at an infinite clamping force. Dienes says the product is safe, quick, customizable, and accurate. The company also offers its new shear cut knife holder, PSGs DF 50. This shear cut knife holder type meets the requirements of a narrow overall width simultaneously granting stability even at high slitting speeds, according to the company. It is applied with an automatic positioning system, like the Dienes Module IV.
